Juho Hänninen, Opel Kadett C-GT/E: “I am starting here thanks to Mr Ctirad Hájek, whom I must thank for this possibility. Naturally, it is mainly relaxation between other races; however, competing with historical Opel is interesting experience and a sort of preparation for the Finnish Rally. It will be completely different there, similarly to the situation when I used to race here with ŠKODA Motorsport car in the past and tried hard to win,“ remembers the former pilot of ŠKODA Motorsport team, who managed to win at Rally Bohemia in the years 2009 and 2010.

Vojtěch Štajf, Subaru GSR Coupe: “Our car is small but nimble, and when you look inside, it looks more race-like than the production car we are driving in the European Championship this year with. I am glad I have sat into the Mexican special for the first time since the last autumn, immediately after the Barum Rally we are going to get ready for Mexico again for the race La Carrera Panamericana. I am very much looking forward to the ride here!“ said currently the leading man of this year FIA European Rally Championship in category ERC2 of production cars and the winner of Rally Bohemia from the year 2005 as well.

Despite that Tomáš Enge managed to become accustomed to this strong and old car at Prague rally sprint quickly, it’s a pity, his role there was not too long. I myself always try to drive this car so that I remained between both ditches and the car moved forward…“ Oldřich Gottfried: “How old am I? This is something I can’t reveal, otherwise they will forbid me to race in such a strong car tomorrow,” made the spectators laugh one of our leading Czech co-drivers of the 70s – 80s, then he explained: “I will attend this year Rally Bohemia at the age of 75. I drove the first year of Rally Bohemia in 1974 either, formerly called Rallye Škoda. Then however we did not finish the race. This time it will be better, I hope.” So not only interesting cars will take part at the Rally Bohemia Legend, but also legendary crew members as well.
