Crews missing for Road Book pickup

Only two crews out of 53 with modern cars didn’t show to pick up itineraries. 

Finally 51 crews in total will stand on the starting ramp of the 40th Rally Bohemia on Friday 12th July 2013. The competition is listed in FIA European Rally Cup (coefficient 10) and Mediasport International Rally Championship of the Czech Republic. The ceremonial start initiates at Old Town’s Square in Mladá Boleslav at 18:00. The first to cross the starting ramp will be competitive car Škoda Fabia S2000, which belongs to the Škoda Motorsport team, driven by Jan Kopecký – Pavel  Dresler. They lead the table of running European Rally Cup in ERC classification.

During the Wednesday’s afternoon in Mladá Boleslav crews were picking up road books. The very positive news is that only two of them excused themselves at the end. Namely they are Martin Kouřil driving Renault Clio 2.0 and the crew Petr Lukašík – Martina Mikulášková driving Honda Civic 1.6 VTi. There are 51 crews in total with modern cars to start in the rally.

Also two crews in the Rally Bohemia Legend field have excused, namely Petr Opolzer – Miroslav Brabec driving Wartburg 353 and Ladislav Kopelent – Zdeněk Chýnovský driving Škoda 110 L. Spectators can look forward to see 39 historical rally cars in total.
